From the list of auction dates for 2010 you can decide when you want to sell your property. We usually require instructions for inclusion 5 weeks prior to the sale, although arrangements may be made in certain circumstances to include "late lots".

Our fee structure is made up of two elements. There is an initial entry fee charge for marketing and catalogue production, with a separate commission being charged upon a successful sale.
