Chartered Surveyors

Since its establishment in West London in 1856 Willmotts has been particularly proud of the range of professional services provided by our experienced teams of highly qualified Chartered Surveyors.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors regulates the conduct of its members and their companies to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of service, setting down standards through codes of conduct which ensure, for example, that no possibility exists for conflicts of interest.  Various Codes of Practice and Practice Statements ensure a uniformity of approach in dealing with matters such as valuations. 

The R.I.C.S. Members’ Accounts Regulations set down clear and unequivocal rules for the way in which clients’ funds are held and accounted for.  These provide clients with the confidence not only that their monies are being properly handled but also, in the unlikely event of it being required, that a compensation fund exists to further protect their interests.

Accordingly in 1997 we established Willmotts (Ealing) Limited which trades under the name 'Willmotts Chartered Surveyors'. Willmotts Chartered Surveyors provide the following services:
