Customer service
Experience in customer service and sales will be a useful asset. A lot of people will find that their time working in the hospitality industry gave them the confidence and skills required to work in this field. The transferrable skills from time spent working in pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels should not be under-estimated.

Knowledge of the property market
