Residential Sales & Lettings Advice


We aim to keep tenants fees as low as pdsddaossible. Our fees are probably the lowest in the whole of London and we aim to keep it that way. We strive to provide tenants with a first class service throughout with the minimum level of fees.


Referencing and Administrative Charges         -           £150 per tenant (Inc VAT)

Includes, referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation, final credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement.


Check out Fees:             - £See below - Fee applicable is per property not per tenant. Attending the property to undertake an update Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating of the security deposit(s).
