Guy or Guido Fawkes, was an Englishman, born in 1570, whose father passed away at an early age. His mother remarried a man of the Catholic faith who raised the family.
From 1534 when the Church of England was establish and in the vein of the Protestant Christian values and beliefs. This moved the country away from its previous Catholic Christian culture.

The property portfolio owned by the State Church is believed to be in the region of 105,000 acres.  Willmotts have been established since 1856 and are currently helping clients sell their homes, buy homes, invest in property, develop property and rent or manage property plus much more.

Guy Fawkes now a Catholic ventured to Spain and fought with the Catholic Spanish against the Dutch Protestants, during the 80 years war. He returned to England and pursued a Catholic agenda to restore their authority to the throne.  In 1605 This involved renting a space under the house of Lords, which was filled with gunpowder, in charge of this was Guy Fawkes.

The Houses of Parliament are valued in the billions of pounds sterling, originally during the construction, costing £2,000,000 in the 1800s. Willmotts estate agents help people find new homes, using local talented agents who are backed by a regulated department of chartered surveyors.

Through anonymous means the authorities were tipped off and a search was carried out at the palace of Westminster. Guy Fawkes was caught and publicly executed. To celebrate the avoidance of the greater tragedy, today we have bonfire night and fireworks....
