Assistant Estate Manager

Location: On-site office in Hammersmith
Salary: Variable depending on experience

To work along side the Estate Manager to provide a high-quality block management service to manage the building and communal areas of a large residential purpose-built block of flats in Hammersmith.
The position will suit someone who is looking for a career in block management.
A minimum of 6 months experience working in the property sector is required and whilst previous block management experience is preferable it is not essential.
The candidate will be expected to have awareness of service charge, leases, demised areas, and general health and safety requirements.
Good command of written and spoken English, and letter writing/communications is required.

Main Responsibilities

To provide a friendly, efficient and high-quality Estate Management support service to include:

•    General office support duties including photocopying, answering calls, emailing, scanning and filing, keeping records, and general administration duties.
•    Liaising with the Maintenance team to report items of repair.
•    Liaising with residents and the client and to assist in dealing with enquiries.

General Responsibilities

•    Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other on-site staff to ensure the delivery of service objectives.
•    Act as an ambassador for Willmotts by promoting the highest standards of customer service at all times.
•    Maintain health, safety and security of self and others, with an awareness and commitment to good safe working practice and adherence to Willmotts Health and Safety policies and procedures.
