Security systems around your home

Your home is your castle, a sanctuary of privacy and  safety. But how do you keep it that way in an ever changing world of opportunities and opportunists...?
From your doors, windows, garden, wi-fi, electricity, gas, water and legal boundaries.

Doors

From traditional wooden doors to contemporary composite doors, fire doors and glazed doors. Most front doors or exterior doors are either hard wood or composite. Hardwood exterior doors are more traditional and will often fit in with an older building. Composite doors can look traditional but have the benefit of tougher materials and contemporary locking systems. uPVC doors have become dated but are generally cheaper to aluminium doors, both of these options are usually glazed.

Cameras

Eyes on the entry and exits, covering doors are an excellent deterrent. Cameras that couple up as your door bell are even better. These systems will record any localised movement, via an app they will notify you of visitors and  even allow you to speak with visitors from wherever you maybe, via your mobile phone. These systems are usually able to easily bolt on extra cameras around your property, with or without two-way speaker functionality.

Alarm systems

Today we can use our phone for many jobs beyond calls. Alarms are not different, apps allow you to set your alarm whilst away from the property. They also allow you to remotely monitor activity. The property can be divided into zones, for example during the night your could alarm your garage whilst you are asleep in bed. or if your were very security minded you could alarm the ground floor whilst you were upstairs.

Always consult a qualified professional before making major changes to your property.
