For Residential Lettings Properties:
If your call is not considered an emergency, you may be asked to contact us again during office hours.
For Block Management Properties:
If you have a flat in a building which is managed by Willmotts then the out of hours emergency contractor service is available for genuine emergencies that relate to the building and communal areas. If there is a leak, please in the first instance try and notify the flat above to see whether it can be resolved without the intervention of the emergency contractor. Call out charges relating to items of repair that transpire not to be communal issues will be re-chargeable to the applicable leaseholder. If you are a tenant, then the issue should be reported to your landlord in the first instance.

- Prolonged loss of heating and/or hot water
- Outage of electrical power
- Water leakage form pipework at a rate of more than 1 cup full in one hour for a period of more than 3 hours consecutively.
- Water leakage on/into electrical appliance or wiring.
- Alarm from carbon monoxide alarm.
