Referral Fees Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Referral Program (the "Program") offered by [Willmotts] ("we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, participants ("you") agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older and businesses legally permitted to participate.The Referrer must have a valid and active bank account or another approved method to receive payments.
3. Referral Rewards
A referral fee of £250 will be paid for each landlord referred who successfully completes a transaction with us.A referral fee of £500 will be paid for each seller referred who successfully completes a transaction with us with a fee value over £7000 + VAT, If the fee is lower the referral fee will be between £150 and £300 depending on fee achieved.
Payment will only be made once the referred landlord or seller's transaction has been fully completed and closed (e.g., the property is let or sold, and all terms of the agreement are fulfilled).
For the avoidance of confusion Willmotts has the right to refuse a referral on any basis For Example, The property has a cladding issue / insurance issue that currently makes it unsellable / unlettable.
4. Process for Referrals
Referrers must provide the contact details of the landlord or seller with their explicit consent.Referrals must be submitted via email, SMS, Letter or WhatsApp with accurate and complete information.
The Referrer will be eligible for the fee only if the referred landlord or seller is not already known to or in communication with Willmotts.
5. Payment Terms
Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of the transaction being completed.Payments will be made via BACS
The Referrer is responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to the referral fee.
6. Limitations and Restrictions
Referrals are valid only if the referred party has not previously interacted with WillmottsOnly one referral fee will be paid per landlord or seller, regardless of the number of properties involved in the transaction.
If multiple Referrers refer the same landlord or seller, the first referral received will take precedence.
7. Fraudulent or Prohibited Activity
Referrals made through spamming, misleading information, or without the consent of the referred landlord or seller will be disqualified.Referrers must not misrepresent themselves as employees or representatives of Willmotts.
8. Termination and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.Any changes to the Program will be communicated via our website.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a referral, Willmotts will review and make the final decision.Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue.
